My 98B

Postby Kiwi Greg » Tue 26 Oct, 2010 3:11 pm

Well I finally picked up my 98B from customs yesterday after a 6 month process of import & export permits & selling other rifles or toys that I felt weren't worth as much to me as a 98B.
All I can say is that it was well worth it, what a truely awesome rifle :headbang:
I can barely wait to take it up the range & shoot it, other shooters reactions will be priceless, as it is so different to anything else over here.
As far as I know there is only one other 98B in New Zealand & it has a 20" barrel.
I have a couple of other rifles in .338, an Edge & Lapua Improved & soon a 338 Wsm.
I still can't believe I have it sitting nicely in my safe.
Is it the weekend yet ?

Nice. Mine is only a few weeks old and I'm addicted. What an awesome platform. I know the feeling waiting to shoot it.
