Re: RCBS

In 1987 I got into shooting, reloading and swaging 50 BMG bullets for my Barrett, Browning M2HB, Built Own Bolt Action Bench Rest, and Built the first 50 BMG Pistol. I picked using the RCBS Ammomaster Press for reloading cause critical to me it was more compact and very much less crank travel needed...

Re: Round muzzle brake vs 82a1 brake

I just tested two 50 caliber pistol barrel projects wanting to thread on a Barrett M107A’s muzzle brake, but an earlier inquiry of availability was a reply not selling the M107A muzzle brake. Past experience ordering different muzzle brake for my Barrett rifle, company wanted rifle sent back to assu...

Re: 50 Nitronorm Express

An update on my wildcat I made called 500 Nitronorm Express needed corrective action cause an Australian Brass Manufacturer uses the same brass configuration as mine called the 500 Weatherby. To maintain my wildcat name, I ordered a barrel blank, machine cut to fit on my single shot 50 BMG Pistol, m...

50 Nitronorm Express

I've talked about doing swaging 50 BMG Brass into 416 Barrett Brass and several wildcat 50 Nitronorm cartridges in other parts of the forums. This one wildcat recently came about when barreled and chamber ream my bolt action magnum rifle to 500 A-Square cartridge that I compared ballistic performanc...

Re: 50 NITRONORM III

My last wildcat 50 Nitronorm III cartridge modified to become the wildcat 50 Nitronorm IV, making longer neck and shoulder, and increasing the case body diameter. I massaged the chamber using combination of chamber reamers to accept the new wildcat dimensions. The reloading of the brass calls for se...

Re: Barrel turn 180deg when storing rifle away.

I thought your question was reasonable and waited some time for someone to reply, since time passed with no reply, it's 12/04/2016, I forwarded this message to Barrett's tech support with the question and my own take doing this practice on my 82A1. "On the Barrett forums is a member couple 82A1...

50 NITRONORM III

Just saying if in anti-50BMG state check if can do this and if can, this is how I did it? We have a 50BMG ban at our public shooting range, but can switch back to it for use at ranches and hunting areas. The ban here at public shooting range caused me skirting around it using wildcat cartridges I've...

Re: EA-15

So what are you saying here? You're looking for someone to mass produce "you're pistols" or something? Have pictures and video of it? Just leaving mark for history say first to solve shooting semi-auto back then and stringent rules by BATF forced idea for a very simple compact setup. I se...

EA-15

AR-15 platform, my EA-15 Pistol was put together year 1989 with build regulations from BATF to start with new unfired aftermarket receiver, never riflized, to build a pistol and avoid cost/headaches of registering as a SBR, ATF, SBW, etc. During that time period was a company acclaimed first semi-au...

Re: 416 Barrett Brass to Wildcat 50 Nitronorm

Another cartridge that came on the scene that addresses 50 BMG ban is the 460 Steyr case length falls in the middle between 50 BMG and 416 Barrett case length. Earlier on Barrett Forums I mention a 50 BMG M2HB Machine Gun Barrel I machine cut to my Benchrest Bolt Action Rifle Receiver fired back in ...

Re: Swaging Brass 50BMG to 416 Barrett-Problems

I find it embarrassing that people like us want to buy brass for our .416 Barrett's and we see once fired 50 BMG brass for under a $1.00 a piece some places.... There’s plentiful 50 BMG guns from eons of time all shapes and sizes equates to an abundance of 50 BMG brass to quench the shooting thirst...

416 Barrett Brass to Wildcat 50 Nitronorm

Someone messaged me same predicament cannot shoot 50 BMG, but can get 416 Barrett Brass and 50 BMG surplus bullets and wanted to know how I did it. I put out this message for anyone else in same situation. The short story, I bought the cheaper 416 Barrett Lee dies knowing I’m about to anneal and hea...

Re: Swaging Brass 50BMG to 416 Barrett-Problems

I'm back with short story instead of describing all the maladies occurred with swaging different 50 BMG Brass into 416 Barrett, just saying, I get best results swaging and machine cutting 50 BMG LC Brass into 416 Barrett Brass.

Special Effects

This may be special effects pictures and vids happening and no one aware of it. Recent discovery by friend on his cell phone of me shooting my 50 BMG/50 Nitronorm Pistol, the moment fired was a blur, then set on slow motion, you see this visible pulsing sound wave action emitting from the muzzle acr...
